No. Hue & Hair is free while we grow: every feature is open at no cost during early access, and we don't ask for a card. When paid plans begin, we'll email you at least 30 days in advance, and you'll never be charged unless you choose a plan.
I'm a booth renter — is this for me?
Yes. The Solo plan is built for independent stylists, barbers, and booth renters: free during early access, $24/mo after. Run your own booking page, track your own clients, keep your own schedule.
Can my clients book online?
Yes. You get a booking link (like hue-and-hair.com/s/your-name) that you share on Instagram, your website, or anywhere. Clients pick a service, choose a time, and book — no phone calls needed.
What if a client no-shows?
You mark the booking as a no-show and your no-show rate shows on your dashboard, so you can spot repeat offenders. Card deposits and automatic no-show charges aren't available yet.
Do I need to be at my computer?
No. Everything works on your phone. Clients book themselves online, you get a notification, and the appointment shows up on your calendar.
